Description
A former characteristic Italian farmhouse, the facility has been recently renovated in order to include all the comforts required in a modern residence without losing the feel of the rural house. The owners and the architects have personally designed every detail, keeping in mind the traditional simplicity of the agricultural environment. The estate is located in the beautiful and unblemished area of the “Crete Senesi” surrounding Siena, precisely in the typical Medioeval village of Lupompesi. The “borgo” has ancient origins, it dates back to the times where the Etruscan dwelled the region, before the Roman occupation, the spot has been inhabited by all differnt populations and the development of the centre seems to have arrested in the Middle Ages period. The Residence includes 14 apartments, all different in size, all managed as hotel (the rates include breakfast and daily cleaning), it is a family run business and we make sure every need of our hosts is satisfied. A private parking is also available, the vast garden surrounding the swimming pool is an exquisite feature that our guests enjoy as for relaxing and refreshing after the days spent visiting the sites nearby. The structure offers a bar and a nice restaurant that serves typical tuscan cousine and the wine list includes a vast selection of regional wines. Separate entrance to the apartments offers maximum privacy for all your intimate moments. The excellent south-east exposure of the site has been enhanced by the renovation works, each apartment has now a view of the large valley of the “Crete Senesi” and of the traditional Medioeval borgo of Lupompesi. These two delighfully contrasting landscapes fits perfectly with the structure that shows smaller windows on the town side and a series of wider arched windows opening on the valley. Some of the apartments include their own small private terraces facing the valley of Murlo, their south-east exposure is perfect for sunbathing and eating “al fresco” All the decorations have been created using up-to-date modern technologies, but in order not to lose the antique feel of the building natural materials such as solid wood, terracotta, stone and wrough iron. have been used. The sructure features double glazed windows, insulated walls, cooling and heating panels situated under the floor, a modern alarm system comprehesive of the whole estate and independent for every single apartment. All of this creates an extrmely safe, comfortable and relaxing environment.

Facilities
The structure has 14 apartments, all varied in size and comfort, restaurant with outdoor terrace, swimming pool, conference hall, fitness centre. It is possible to organise food and wine tours, trekking, bicycle and motorbike tours. The whole estate can be rented for a few days or a week for weddings, cerimonies or events. The price of the Suites includes breakfast, daily cleaning (also change of linen), taxes, air conditionin or heating, use of parking and swimming pool.
